• Athletic Success
  Our Year 5 and 6 athletics team took part in our cluster schools' competition and won! They will now attend the Kirklees Final at the Sports Barn.
• Rocket Bottle Challenge
  A big thank you to all the families who were able to join us for our Rocket Bottle Challenge! We had fun investigating how many vitamin tablets and water we would need to make our rockets shoot off into the sky!
• British Science Week
  To celebrate British Science Week our classes had fun doing different investigations and experiments. We even had a visit from a Science Boffin! Take a look at some of our activities in the gallery.
• Grow Family Learning Day
  At our Grow Family Learning Day for KS1 and EYFS children enjoyed working in our outdoor environment. Visit the gallery to see some photographs.
• School Council at Work
  The playground committee from school council have been working with Miss Kemp to look at ways of improving playtimes in KS2.
• World Book Day
  We celebrated World Book Day on Thursday 3rd March by dressing as a character from a book. See how great we looked by visiting our gallery.
• World Book Day Quiz
  We had a fantastic afternoon taking part in the annual Kirklees World Book Day Quiz at the Huddersfield Town Hall.
• Year 5 Fund Raisers
  Kane, Hannah, Keegan and Nathaniel wanted to raise money for a local charity, The Mission, which has supported some of our families in a range of ways. Visit the gallery to find out more.
• Community Carols
  Our choir visited Botham Hall Care Home. They sang 6 songs and had mince pies, chocolates and a drink too. Go to the gallery to see more.
• Year 6 Gallery Event
  Year 6 visited Huddersfield Art Gallery to explore the theme of identity. We enjoyed looking at and discussing the portraits on display, painting self portraits and reconstructing our faces using identikits. See more in our Gallery.
